Just like our smoothies, tea recipes will be best once you get comfortable with the amount of kratom that works for you. Once you know how much or how little your body does well with, then you can confidently create kratom recipes of your own. Always err on the side of caution when introducing new herbs and supplements to your routine. That way, you can always add more, but you cannot take kratom out of the recipes. Honey Dragon Tea

For this tea, we use our Superior Red Dragon kratom. Said to aid in relaxation, pain relief and reducing tension in the body, this is the perfect calming tea to either end or start your day with.

1-2 cups of hot water

1 Chamomile tea bag or loose leaf tea

1 Peppermint tea bag or loose leaf tea

Desired amount of Superior Red Dragon Kratom

1 tbsp maple syrup

The Greeny Green Tea

This tea recipe uses Green Superior Malaysian kratom for its reported energizing effects. This tea would be great for pre-workout, an AM boost or any other day where you have a fully packed schedule.

1-2 cups of hot water

1 Green Tea bag or loose leaf tea

1 Ginseng and/or Ginger Tea bag or loose leaf tea

Desired amount of Superior Green Malaysian Kratom

1 tbsp honey

Spritz of lemon (squeeze and add to suit your taste)
