There are pretty much an infinite amount of ways that you can intake kratom. From teas and juices to smoothies and bowls, you can get as creative as you want with it!

Here are our two favorite Kratom-fied smoothie recipes:

Making Me Bananas Kratom Smoothie

This smoothie uses our Premium Bali powdered kratom. We chose this strain for this ‘Making Me Bananas’ smoothie because Premium Bali is said to aid in relaxation or may help to reduce tension in the body. So, if someone is driving you bananas, give this smoothie a go.

1 cup Milk of Choice or Water

1 Ripe Banana

Desired amount of Premium Bali Kratom

¼ cup of Instant Oats

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tbsp Almond Butter or Nut Butter of choice

1 tbsp Local Honey or Real Maple Syrup (optional for added sweetness)

½ cup of Ice

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend and enjoy!

Green Cheetah Kratom Energy Smoothie

For this smoothie, we recommend using Superior Green Malaysian Kratom for its reported sustained energizing effects. On those days where you could use an extra boost, try out this Green Cheetah Kratom Energy smoothie.

1 cup Milk of Choice or Water

1 Handful of Spinach

½ Avocado

½ Frozen Banana

1 tsp Cinnamon

Desired amount of Superior Green Malaysian Kratom

1 tbsp Local Honey

½ cup of Ice

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend and enjoy!
